Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on the package does not indicate the nature of the contents.

Delivery Times

• Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders once shipped.

Returns

Return Policy

You have 14 days from receipt to return products in their original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Cosmetics and lubricants

How to Return

3. Ship the item in its original packaging
4. Refund processed within 14 days of receipt

Defective Products
